Centre for Eye Health (CFEH) is a free referral service for people requiring specialised eye imaging and visual assessment. Economic circumstance, geographical location, language or physical ability should not be a barrier to accessing the best eye-testing and diagnostic facilities available at the Centre.

CFEH will organise and cover the cost of one night's accommodation for clients and their carer's, on the night of their appointment, if they meet the following eligibility criteria:
Note: Clients who are facing financial hardship, or have experienced a sudden change in circumstance, may also be eligible for accommodation assistance.

Within the Centre furnishings and signage has been designed to ease navigation for clients with low vision. In addition, CFEH is wheelchair accessible and has a wheelchair available for clients to use, if required.
All clients, who do not speak English as their first language, have the right to a free, qualified and confidential interpreter.
CFEH is registered with The Deaf Society to facilitate effective communication between clients with a hearing impairment and staff whilst using the Centre. The Society provides a wide range of services to people who use Australian Sign Language as their primary means of communication.
CFEH has 10 free parking spaces within a short walking distance of the Centre, which clients can use when attending their appointment.
